- How can I track my order?+Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
- What’s your return/exchange policy?+Since we sell creative supplies, we currently only offer exchanges in case you receive an incorrect product. Please share an unboxing video for verification. We will not be able to fulfill any requests without the unboxing video.

Shipping
- Is there free shipping?+Yes, we offer free shipping on order value of Rs. 1500 and above!
- How long does it take to get my products?+Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days. After shipping, delivery usually takes 4-5 business days depending on your location.
Payment
- Is Cash on Delivery available?+No, only prepaid orders are accepted.
- What forms of payment do you accept?+We accept UPI payments from all UPI apps including Google Pay, PayTM, PhonePe and more!
- Are there any payment options other than UPI?+Currently, we only accept UPI payments directly through the website. If you'd like to pay via bank transfer, please message us on Instagram @theirenicstore and we'll guide you through the process.
